Book your in-home measure, and within one week you’ll have two design concepts, a full line-item budget, and a project timeline — all before committing to the remodel.
How mush does it cost?
The total investment is $995, but you can get started today with just a $100 refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due at your in-home measure.
How long does the 7-Day Sprint actually take?
Exactly seven days from your in-home measure to your final plan hand-off.
If we miss that deadline, you keep the plan and your $995 is refunded — guaranteed.
What happens if you miss the 7-day deadline?
We put our money where our mouth is. If we do not deliver your complete design options, line-item budget, and timeline within exactly 7 days of your in-home measure, the Sprint is free.
We will immediately refund your $100 initial deposit + $895 fee charged at your in-home measure .
You keep the complete plan, budget, and designs at no cost.
Is the Sprint available in my area?
We currently offer Sprints in Kansas City, Leawood, Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, Lee’s Summit, Liberty, Blue Springs, Independence and Shawnee.
We open six Sprint slots per area per month to maintain quality, so availability is limited.

How do you ensure the project stays within budget?
During the Sprint, we price every material and fixture in real time and finalize a fixed-range budget.
That means no guesswork — and no surprise costs later.
Can The Remodel Co help with design and material selection?
Yes — that’s a core part of the Sprint.
You’ll collaborate with our design team to choose finishes, fixtures, and tile, with curated selections that fit your vision and budget.
What happens if I decide not to move forward after the Sprint?
No problem. You’ll still receive your complete design, selections, and budget package — yours to keep and use.
Your $995 Sprint fee is fully credited if you move forward within 90 days.
What is the cancellation policy if I change my mind?
We understand that life happens.
Rescheduling: If you need to move your in-home measure date, just let us know. The 7-day clock simply doesn't start until we step foot in your home.
Cancelling: If you decide to cancel your Sprint entirely, notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled measure for a full refund of your $100 deposit. Because we limit our capacity to 6 Sprints per month, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future project.
